Nodoguro is a Sousaku cuisine restaurant. In other words, not a Sushi shop. However, after 6 months of requests, we decided to serve a single sushi night as a birthday gift for “John the Bastard”. Soon Sunday nights at Nodoguro were known as, “Hardcore Sushi”. We offer a classic, yet novel tasting menu format. We source fish from Japan’s Tsukiji and the Fukuoka fish market to create a 19 course menu of composed seafood courses and nigiri sushi. This is definitely our craft over creativity dining format and you can expect top quality wild seafood served to highlight its natural brilliance. We don’t offer anything scary, but it is definitely Hardcore!
