A light set dinner featuring snacks, soup, and gohan will conclude our session, enriching your culinary skills.


Week 3: The Soy Spectrum

Dive into the versatile world of soy. From tofu to miso, learn how soy-based products can enhance your health and how to incorporate them into your cooking. The session ends with a soy-focused set dinner, showcasing the depth and variety of this humble bean.


Week 4: The Bounty of the Sea

Our final week celebrates the ocean's gifts. From learn how to select, clean, and prepare seafood like a seasoned chef. Break down a fish and shuck oysters with confidence. The course culminates in a seafood-centric dinner, a testament to your newfound skills.
